Just after midnight we received a call from Cape Town, from Swisscargo. THE TWO KLRs MAY NOT FLY!!
Reason: Customs has not cleared the bikes.
On Tuesday we asked how many times the people of SwissCargo what still had to be done. They ensured us that everything was done, all the paperwork was done, we could leave the bikes and go.
They had three days to discover that customs hasn’t cleared the bikes. They called us after midhnight, 5 hours before the aircraft was supposed to leave.
My friends know me. When I take aim on something then I will pursue it up to the end. FROM THIS MOMENT ON I TAKE AIM ON INCOMPETENT PEOPLE NOT DOING THEIR WORK PROPERLY, CAUSING DAMAGES AND GETTING THEIR JOBS FOR REASONS YOU KNOW WHY.
I will take on SwissCargo for the incompetence of its people, and for that Keat and I need a lawyer that is prepared to help us fight Swisscargo to take responsibility for damages caused by their staff.
And do you know what is the biggest problem? The flight this morning is the last one by the German airline LTU from Cape Town. There isn’t another flight next week …
It is now 2:30 in the morning. I am on my way to Johannesburg to the airport to get a flight to Cape Town. Our bikes won’t be flying. So Ladies and Gents, my cell number is 082 322 0379. Help me find a lawyer that is prepared to help us. SwissCargo will have to take responsibility for the acts of its (incompetent) staff.
