Sms message from Lodie

I arrived in Wadi Halfa this afternoon. It is still sizzling hot with a sand storm late afternoon. During the Bafana game the owner of the tv set switched it off, complaining about my vuvuzela!!

Sad news, an Italian overlander collapsed next to his vehicle here in Wadi Halfa yesterday and died. Sad.
